Fox Datacom (owned by former employee of GEI-Craftmade) is a manufacturer / wholesaler of fabricated metal products used in the network and telecommunications industry. Most of our metal products are proudly Made in the U.S.A. 
Important Update:
Beginning August 14, 2017 Fox will be changing from a same day shipper to a following day shipper with all contact needing to be via email. We will not be able to send orders including air and local shipments until the following day. Please contact us with any questions.
Sales:
Our products are typically available for purchase through authorized stocking distributors. If your distributor does not have stock or is not offering our product please contact us and we will find you one.
All quotes are valid for a period of 30 days. All purchase orders must be e-mailed or faxed. We can not accept verbal purchase orders. We confirm all purchase orders via e-mail or fax. Most products are shipped the following day from our Dallas / Fort Worth Texas location. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless an authorized Fox Datacom agent has made other arrangements in advance and in writing. Fox Datacom offers 1% 10, Net 30 credit terms to authorized accounts.
Warranty:
Fox Datacom products are guaranteed for quality and craftsmanship for a period of (10) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage due to shipping or incorrect installation of our products. Shipping damage will be covered by the carrier.
Returns:
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please attach a copy of the RMA number to all products returned. Customers will be responsible for all shipping cost on return merchandise unless product was shipped in error or damaged in shipment. Customers must notify Fox Datacom within (5) business days from the date of delivery if a product has been shipped in error or has been damaged in shipment. All returns must be in new condition and in their original packaging. Products returned after 30 days will be accessed a standard re-stocking fee.
